End Financial Mismanagement - I have actioned this:

If you don't have your finger on the pulse, you will never know what needs changing. So everyone's fine with this?

We are here to ensure the right people get into Council.

Your first job is: standing with me to sort financial mismanagement out and to ensure it never happens again.

You are to help me find ways of reducing debt. I do not believe asking ratepayers for more money is a way of addressing this - as suggested by a Mayoral Candidate who is currently a Councillor.

When Stan Semenoff was Mayor - there was no debt or rate increases. Fast forward 2022 - we are now millions in debt. How did this happen?

Don't forget to support the following:

I have laid a complaint with the Whangarei Police Tues 21 June 2022 in the afternoon.

"Financial mismanagement is management that, deliberately or not, is handled in a way that can be characterized as "wrong, bad, careless, inefficient or incompetent" and that will reflect negatively upon the financial standing of a business or individual." (Wikipedia)

What causes financial mismanagement?

"There are many ways of how financial mismanagement is carried out. For example, the wrong distribution of responsibility, to be remiss with payments, bills and taxes and neglecting responsibility, financial problems and economical standing can cause great financial mismanagement and further on devastate your economy." (wikipedia).

To make my complaint clearer, here are the areas of concern:

Financial mismanagement - Whangarei District Council,

Financial mismanagement - community group with community funding links to Whangarei District Council

Financial mismanagement - community funding,

Financial mismanagement - Risk and Audit Committee (the Committee which is comprised of all Elected Councillors including the Mayor - class of 2019 to October 2022);

Collective corporate bullying around financial mismanagement - Whangarei District Council
