Campaign by foot and car

I have been more active off social media than on. There are alot of things I haven't posted because they are private discussions with constituents. All of the topics I have raised on this page, issues, solutions etc are ones which have been raised by constituents. I have done much of my campaign by foot and by car - getting out and meeting people- at work, at play, at leisure. Kamo, Whangarei, Onerahi, Maunu, Whangarei Heads, Pipiwai, Langs Beach, Waipu, Parua Bay, Purua, Whangaruru, Whatitiri, Poroti, Parakao, Pakotai, Ngunguru, Tutukaka, Tikiipunga, Otangarei, Maungatapere, Maungakaramea, Bream Bay, Kokopu, Ruatangata, etc, etc.

I started a "head to whangarei for business and leisure" Campaign that took me from Mangonui, right down the east coast, etc to Matakana and Leigh promoting Whangarei Districts. This was mentioned in an earlier post on this page supported by photos.

I've furnished evidence of my qualifications and experience related to the role of a Mayor. I am also a policy writer. I paid for my own campaign, without the use of Billboards, I've fronted up to all meetings I've been personally invited to 20 to 30 minutes early. There was one meeting I couldn't attend as it clashed with another one I had been invited to.

Standing for Mayoralty required me to read everything about WDC including policies. I did do my home work and matched up my skills that not only align with the role - but are integral to the role: administration, management, policy writing, advocacy, customer service, etc, etc.
